1Who we are

Mobile Bill Score ("MBS", "we", "us", "our") is a free business mobility audit tool operated at mobilebillscore.ca. We help Canadian businesses understand whether they are overpaying for their mobile plans by generating an objective score based on information they provide.

2What information we collect

We collect only what you voluntarily enter into the audit tool. Depending on the path you choose (Quick Check or Full Audit), this may include:

No financial account access, no bill upload: We never ask for login credentials, banking information, or direct access to your carrier account. All data is entered manually by you.

We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics beyond what is standard to GitHub Pages hosting (basic server-side access logs).

We only share your data with parties you explicitly choose. We will never pass your contact information or audit results to any carrier, broker, or third party without your active selection and submission.

When you submit a quote request, we share the following with the carriers you tick:

Formspree (formspree.io) is our form submission processor. It receives and routes form data on our behalf and is subject to its own privacy policy at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy. We do not store form submissions independently of Formspree.

We do not share your data with data brokers, advertising networks, or any party not directly involved in fulfilling your request.

6How long we keep your data

Audit data entered in the tool exists only in your browser session and is never stored on our servers. Form submissions (audit help requests and quote requests) are retained in Formspree for the period required to follow up with you, after which they may be deleted upon request.

If you would like your submitted information deleted, contact us at mobilebillscore@gmail.com and we will action the deletion within 10 business days.

8Security

The audit tool is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are transmitted securely via Formspree's encrypted endpoints. Because score calculation happens in your browser and data is only transmitted when you actively submit a form, your plan details are not exposed to our servers during normal use of the tool.

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9Disclaimer — audit results

Mobile Bill Score provides an indicative benchmark based on information you self-report and our knowledge of current Canadian business mobile market rates. It is not a formal financial audit, legal opinion, or guaranteed quote.

Scores and findings are for informational purposes only. Actual savings will depend on your specific account, contract terms, and negotiations with carriers. We recommend verifying any financial decisions with your carrier directly or with a qualified advisor.

10Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in an updated effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the tool after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
